Master Service Agreement

1. Engagement & Scope

Amor Nexus Technologies ("Provider") agrees to provide technical infrastructure services including but not limited to Remote Diagnostics, Smart Hands (Technical Field Operations) Dispatch, and Strategic Auditing.

2. Fees & Authorization

Services are billed based on the tier selected. Immediate/Emergency Dispatches are non-refundable once assets are mobilized.

3. AI-Augmented Diagnostics

Client acknowledges that Provider utilizes proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms for triage. Final architectural decisions are verified by Senior Engineers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Provider’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the specific service engagement. Provider is not liable for data loss or pre-existing infrastructure failures.

6. Code of Conduct & Termination

To ensure the safety of our human agents and the integrity of our Neural Core, Amor Nexus maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy for the following:

  • Abusive Language: Profanity, threats, or harassment directed at AI or Human Agents (Subject to 3-Strike Rule).
  • Illicit Content: Uploading or requesting generation of illegal, explicit, or dangerous material.
  • Unauthorized Access: Requests to hack, bypass security, or access devices not owned by the Client.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate session termination. No refunds will be issued for sessions terminated due to Code of Conduct violations. An incident report will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email.
