Privacy Policy

Effective: March 13, 2026 | Applies to all service lanes, dispatch operations, technician network workflows, and identity face-match verification workflows

1. Scope, Roles & Technician Privacy Context

This Privacy Policy applies to customers, visitors, support users, and members of the independent contractor technician network that supports service delivery. Provider processes personal data needed to route, diagnose, execute, verify, and close authorized work. Technician records are processed for onboarding, assignment, trust and safety screening, quality management, payment operations, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

2. Categories of Data We Collect

Depending on role and service lane, data categories may include identity and contact details, account credentials, billing records, support communications, device/network diagnostics, work order metadata, geolocation approximations needed for dispatch, evidence artifacts (photos, logs, screenshots), and compliance records. For identity verification workflows, categories may include selfie images, government-issued ID images, similarity scores, decision/state metadata, threshold snapshots, provider metadata, and manual-review/appeal records. Technician-specific categories may include profile details, availability, skills, certifications, assignment history, quality scores, safety incidents, and payout-related records.

3. System Access, Data Use & Handling Boundaries

Data and credentials are used only for authorized service operations, quality assurance, dispute resolution, fraud monitoring, platform security, and legal obligations. Identity verification artifacts and face-match metadata are processed under purpose limitation for identity assurance, account security, fraud prevention, and trust/safety controls and are not used for unrelated profiling or marketing use. Access is role-scoped and limited to authorized personnel, assigned operators, and approved network participants with a legitimate operational need. Unauthorized access, data scraping, secondary use outside approved workflow, or disclosure beyond business necessity is prohibited and may trigger enforcement actions under our Terms of Service.

4. AI & Session Processing

AI tooling supports triage, routing, summarization, quality workflows, operational analysis, and identity face-match scoring. Session content may be processed by automation layers to classify incidents, coordinate dispatch, and support service execution. Identity face-match processing includes automated similarity scoring and decision metadata generation, with human review pathways for hold or appeal workflows. AI outputs can be probabilistic and may be reviewed by humans when required by workflow. Session content is not used by Amor Nexus to train public AI models.

5. Security Controls, Consent & Retention

Data in transit is protected by TLS and access is governed by technical and administrative controls. Identity face-match collection is opt-in and requires explicit consent in onboarding workflow before processing occurs for workflows that require verification. Evidence artifacts and service records may be retained for operational proof, quality reviews, appeals, fraud prevention, contractual accountability, payment reconciliation, and legal compliance. For identity verification artifacts and decision metadata, retention is generally limited to active onboarding/review periods and a bounded post-decision window required for auditability, fraud prevention, and appeals handling, after which records may be deleted, de-identified, or minimized consistent with operational and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by service lane, role type, dispute activity, and legal obligations. We use third-party subprocessors and infrastructure providers for hosting, communications, workflow tooling, and payments. We do not sell customer personal data.

6. Technician Network Disclosures

When work is assigned through the technician network, relevant customer and incident data may be shared with assigned technicians on a minimum-necessary basis to perform authorized tasks. When technicians are paid or evaluated, Provider may process assignment outcomes, timestamps, evidence quality, customer-reported feedback, safety notes, and policy compliance indicators. Technician personal data may also be disclosed to payment processors, insurance/compliance partners, or legal authorities when required by law or contract.

7. Data Rights Requests, Identity Review & Appeals Records

To request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, submit a written request to support@amornexustechnologies.com with sufficient account, ticket, or assignment identifiers for verification. To request manual review or appeal of an identity verification hold outcome, include onboarding identifiers and the phrase "Identity Verification Appeal" in your request subject line. We may request additional identity evidence to protect account security. Identity review, dispute, and appeals records may be retained as needed to preserve evidence integrity, enforce network rules, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Children, International Transfers & U.S. Marketplace Posture

Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction for contract authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally valid authorization where required by law. We operate from the United States and may process or store data in the U.S. or other jurisdictions through service providers. By using the service, you acknowledge cross-border transfer and processing under applicable legal frameworks, subject to commercially reasonable safeguards where required.
