D2 • Global Architect Session

Sr. Infrastructure Architect

This is architect-led decision support. Our Logic Core assists senior operators with Tier-3 scenarios while keeping decisions accountable. It analyzes routing tables, firewall race conditions, MS365 hybrid states, VoIP latency, and cloud identity logic to support diagnosis, escalation, and planning within the authorized session scope.

Standard Deliverables

Every architect engagement produces Action Summary, Findings, Evidence Pack, and Executive Next Steps. Assessment may begin immediately, but active remediation guidance remains payment-gated until the session is active. This lane provides advisory and troubleshooting guidance, not direct system changes unless separately authorized through the client-controlled environment.

Secure Terminal

This is an high-security command environment.

Controlled Retention: Logs are handled under session-bound workflow and are purged, minimized, or retained only as required by the active service record, dispute handling, payment review, fraud prevention, or governing policy.
Live Logic Stream: Watch the Architect derive solutions in real-time.
Isolated: No direct access to your infrastructure unless you proxy the commands.
Payment Gate: Active step-by-step remediation remains locked until the session payment state is active.

Authority + Documentation Boundary

Client personnel remain responsible for approvals, command execution, maintenance windows, rollback decisions, and production change control. Session notes, findings, evidence packs, and closeout summaries are operational records for the engagement and do not transfer underlying client system ownership or intellectual property rights. Client retains ownership of client-provided systems, data, and pre-existing materials; Amor Nexus retains ownership of its service methodology, analysis structure, templates, and compiled work product to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Secure Terminal assessment link may be sent after intake review and authorization validation. Paid activation unlocks active remediation guidance, and any quoted response timing remains an operational target rather than a guaranteed start time.

Service Scope: Logic Core remote diagnostics is the primary global offering. Smart Hands (Technical Field Operations) is a premium service and region-dependent based on verified dispatch coverage.

Trust signals include policy transparency (Terms + Privacy), authenticated intake, and evidence-based closeout summaries.
