Dispatch Request (Nationwide)
Onsite technician mobilization for rack work, patching, swaps, console access, and evidence capture. Your AI command system coordinates technician + stakeholder updates.
Standard Deliverables
Every dispatch engagement produces Action Summary, Findings, Evidence Pack, and Recommended Next Steps. If remote assessment identifies a different paid lane before onsite work starts, execution remains gated to the authorized service state. Dispatch is subject to verified coverage, technician availability, site readiness, lawful site access, and safe access conditions, and quoted arrival windows are operational targets rather than guaranteed response commitments.
* Materials (Cables/SFPs), parking, tolls, third-party access costs, and approved pass-through expenses invoiced separately.
Secure Command Protocol
This is not a "fire and forget" ticket. You will be redirected to a Secure AI Terminal.
The terminal remains active the entire engagement. Billing clock starts upon the applicable billable event for the authorized lane, which may include technician check-in, reserved minimum block activation, approved standby, or documented access-delay conditions, and stops at check-out or documented closeout subject to the service terms.
En-Route Protocol
While the tech is en route, we perform assessment, triage, and readiness analysis if the issue is not clearly Layer 1.
Operational Commitment: Even if assessment indicates a likely remote resolution path, the technician proceeds onsite only under the authorized dispatch scope to perform rack audit, physical validation, and evidence capture. Any out-of-scope remediation, procurement, additional labor, return trip, or extended onsite hold requires separate authorization.
Execution Scope
- Rack & Stack (Server/Network)
- Layer 1 Validation (Fiber/Copper)
- Console Access / Remote Hands
- Equipment Swaps & RMAs
Excluded by default unless separately approved in writing: structured cabling installation, electrical work, wall/ceiling penetration, hazardous environment work, code-compliance certification, unattended custody of client equipment, and regulated evidence preservation beyond standard service documentation.
Service Scope: Logic Core remote diagnostics is the primary global offering. Smart Hands (Technical Field Operations) is a premium service and region-dependent based on verified dispatch coverage.
Trust signals include policy transparency (Terms + Privacy), authenticated intake, and evidence-based closeout summaries.
