Onsite technician mobilization for rack work, patching, swaps, console access, and evidence capture. Your AI command system coordinates technician + stakeholder updates.

After-Hours / Urgent$2,500
Overtime (Hourly)$250/hr
* Standard: 06:00 AM — 06:00 PM (M-F).
* Materials (Cables/SFPs) invoiced separately.

Secure Command Protocol

This is not a "fire and forget" ticket. You will be redirected to a Secure AI Terminal.

The terminal remains active the entire engagement. Billing clock starts ONLY upon Technician Check-In and stops at Check-Out.

En-Route Protocol

While the tech is en route, we perform active remote troubleshooting (ISP checks, config analysis) if the issue is not clearly Layer 1.

Value Guarantee: Even if resolved remotely, the technician proceeds onsite to perform a full Rack Audit & Evidence Capture.

Critical Limitations

  • Rack Ready: Equipment must be onsite.
  • Tools: Techs carry Laptop & Console Cable only.
  • Ladders: Client MUST provide safe ladder for ceiling work.
  • Safety: No heavy lifting (>50lbs) without assist.
  • Exclusions: No High Voltage or Structural Cabling.
